Plan for 2nd bridge between Detroit and Windsor passes hurdle

Detroit has a Bridge and a tunnel and there are always waits at both ends going and coming from Detroit to Windsor.

The number of people I know who date people from Windsor Metro or those from Windsor working in South East Michigan is more than I would have expected. And it has increased in the last few years.

From my understanding this is just the first gate to allow them to proceed wth plans to aquire property and make plans.

I am still looking for more info myself.
