I had the opportunity to spend a couple of nights training at Josh Ryer's United Parker's Kenpo Studio in Pittsburgh, PA last week.
Mr. Ryer and his students were very generous and provided me with some great training time. I worked up a good sweat, left with some bruises on my arms, and only a little bit of blood was drawn (it was mine). Which teaches me a lesson, don't try and talk when someone is running Desperate Falcons on you.
He's got a nice studio, and some great people there.
