Good to see that the little guy still has a prayer against the corporate giant in this Sceptred Isle.
Copyright law is in real need of a 'modernisation', probably reversing it's provisions by a couple of centuries to it's original intent. Before Disney pressured the powers that be into making it so that copyright was, to all intents and purposes, permanent, what the law was for was to ensure that someone had a reasonable time to profit from their own thoughts or inventions before that right was made open to everyone.
