Officer Ben Foster of the Manchester PD was on routine patrol at 2am when he noticed flames on the roof of a 100 year old apartment building. He radioed for help, then began banging the doors, to wake the sleeping residents and help them get out.

The building sustained heavy damage, leaving all 30 residents homeless, but unhurt.

Cheers to Officer Foster as well as Manchester PD and FD!
