So I think I've established myself a nice little training plan. Mondays I do a hours Muay Thai class which is mainly sparring drills and some light sparring. Then I go straight down to my kenpo class which is half an hour later. Then on Tuesday and Thursday I do a Muay Thai circuit class which is more focused on bag work and exercise and Friday and Saturday kenpo.
I'm going to see how it goes and how my body reacts to it but right now I feel good from it.
