Muay Thai Heavy Bag

I was just wondering...if I got a 125 lbs Muay Thai heavy bag, what's the best way to fill it? I heard that you can use rags/cloth, but is that really gonna add up to 125 lbs? It seems like it wouldn't even weigh 25 lbs if you just used rags.

I filled mine with steel ball bearings... but im going for those iron fists you know lol i cant really kick it yet but im working on it.. i prob. wont be able to kick it for a another year of training with gravel but yea fill it with probably like half half sand them mix it all in with the cloth
