Regardless of whether that was a doctored video, or not ... What effect does that speed on the effectiveness or the information contained in this set?

I have been told, Power, Accuracy, and just enough Speed to get the job done.

I think that is wiser than this clip.

I bet I can pull a trigger on a semi-automatic gun pretty fast, too. Maybe up to twenty times in four seconds, I'm not sure. As for the result on the target 10 yards away...well, I'll let you be the judge.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Speed comes from accuracy. Accuracy comes from deliberate practice with proper alignment and power. Like the gun example, speed without accuracy and power is called slop.
