ok I found this website from an ad on FaceBook.

On-line video Tournaments.

It looks like a really good idea. I surfed the site for a while and registered. Its a little difficult to navigate but if it takes off I think it would be awesome.

By the way... I am in no way affiliated with this site so I can't answer any question about it. I just found it and thought it would be interesting to see what you guys think of it.
