Martial Arts Meet Up -May 27-

Hey folks-
There is a casual martial arts meet up this Sunday in the soccer field at Delaware Park at 10am with me, Don (Shaolin Long Fist stylist) and Wing Chun instructor Mark. Look for the two dudes with sparring gloves on by the bleachers.

Mark and I have a friendly spar training session every Wednesday at Bidwell Park between Elmwood and Richmond and we are looking for people of different styles, body types and levels to join us. This is non-competitive sparring for training purposes.

***IMPORTANT- DIRECTIONS
THE SOCCER FIELD WE ARE MEETING AT IS NEAR THE CORNER OF DELAWARE AND FORREST AVENUE. PEOPLE OFTEN BRING THEIR DOGS THERE TO RUN AROUND. THIS SECTION OF DELAWARE PARK IS ACROSS THE "S" SHAPED PART OF DELAWARE PARK, ACROSS FROM FORREST LAWN CEMETARY. THE MA MEET UP IS NOT IN THE BUFFALO ZOO SECTION OF DELAWARE PARK.
