i find the muscic perfect for stick practice. i move with the beat. My mind, body & stick are one.
 
Great rhythm for jumping rope but too melodic for harder training.
yeah depends what you´re doing. Reminds me of a chick i had when i was about 15/16 . Only way i could get physical with her was to buy a Duran Duran LP. we made love to Duran Duran... hated the music
 
I find that I can go much longer and perform better in sparring if I have the right kind of music playing. For me, that's something with a moderate tempo, but a strong backbeat and swing. Something that makes me want to dance, in other words. That sort of music gives me energy and motivation to keep moving when I would otherwise feel the need to take a break and rest.
