Kung Fu San Soo - Dynamic Strength ?

I'm just reading the reviews on it and it seems like a very good book indeed, focusing on building strength and endurance without the need for weights or lots of equipment. I might well get it soon and see what it's like.
 
I think I still have a copy somewhere. It is a series of different dynamic tension exercises to work different muscle groups of the body. Good book to use as a reference or ideas. But, most of it could probably be found on the internet now for free.
