The Kenpo Journal (now v5) is a compilation of all the Kenpo basics, techniques, forms, terminology as well as many Ed Parker Q & A and quotes. I was created by Sensei Rich Hale.
Right now I'm looking at the Journal on a daily basis and referring to it for techniques and forms. I think that for the Ed Parker's Q & A alone the Kenpo Journal is worth it. There are about 50+ questions answered directly by Ed Parker throughout the years on many Kenpo concepts and principles.
It's a must buy for any serious Kenpo practitioner!
