It always seems that most focus on the self-defense techniques in the system. So those of you that use/teach the forms (for discussion let's limit it to the non-technique based forms that utilize the s-d techniques to create the forms) how do you use them? Do you just use them to teach motion and how to move your body? Do you pull applications out of the forms? Do you teach them as "master key concepts" to apply to all of your study?
