I used to train in Judo when I was in High School (many moons ago) and had a great time with it. I figure to help supplement my Kenpo training with it and get my creative juices flowing. Anyway, I have yet another question to ask of the group here. When doing Short 1, I have started adding strikes into it just to get a feel for different things. Will this end up hurting or helping my technique? At class I will do it the way I was taught but it just seems lacking.
