Honestly, it looked a lot like the last gun defense class I attended - taught by a VII Dan in TKD who is also a police officer, and uses techniques from both disciplines in the weapons defense classes he teaches periodically.

Kacey there is alot of similarities between the arts.

Many of these gun defenses are similar to several systems that I have studied which includes Krav Maga.
