Killer kills cellmate...what about death penalty to save lives...

A killer serving a life sentence murdered his cell mate with a nail studded board...beat him to death...this is one reason we need the death penalty for convicted murderers...to keep them from killing again...

The problem, of course, is that Hill is not a baby. He's a bad man who was already serving a life sentence for killing his girlfriend, Myra Wright, by shooting her 11 times at the time he bludgeoned and impaled Handspike to death.

The death penalty only works as a deterrent when people are actually executed in a timely manner. People spending 20, 30, 40 years on "Death Row" is ridiculous. Shoot the bastard and move on
