I know that a lot of kenpo people really enjoy eating.
Do you enjoy cooking too? (like I do) Is it possible to start a thread containing favorite recipes? I don't exactly know which forum to start it in so I'm posing the question here. I'm hungry!

Steve's Flaming Bunghole Chili™

Ingredients List:
1 lb ground beef, browned & seasoned to taste.
1 can honey baked beans.
1 can black beans.
6 habanero peppers
4 thai peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1 large onion, chopped
2 large tomatos, chopped
Molasses &/or honey, I pour in until the spice is matched by the sweetness.
Garlic, salt, other seasonings to taste.

Final Ingredient:
One Cubic Buttload of Your Favorite Flavor Ice Cream cause the following morning you will be screaming "Come On Ice Cream!"

1)Brown ground beef and season to taste.
2)Bring water to boil in another pot, add tomatos and boil until tomatos are soft.
3) When tomatos are soft, add in garlic, onion, and half of the peppers.
4) Boil for 1 minute more.
5) Strain excess water leaving a little water left in the pot, no more than an inch or so, just enough to help with the mixing process.
6) Put everything from the tomato pot into a food processor and blend it all together.
7) At this point transfer the ground beef into the pot you used for the tomato mixture.
8) Add both cans of beans to the ground beef, along with any additional garlic, chili powder, and misc seasonings to taste. Add the second half of the peppers. Turn on low heat.
9) Add the tomato mixture back into the pot from the food processor.
10)Heat the chili till it's thoroughly warmed, at that point you can remove the unblended peppers if you like.
11) Season with molasses or honey to sweeten.

Serves...depends on how many people that like REALLY spicy food you have. :) I top it with cheddar and monterey jack cheese and provide a gallon or so of liquid to go with it. :) Serve ice cream immediately after meal.

It has nothing to do with Ed Parkers kenpo, only its practitioners. That is whyI asked the question - which forum should this thread be on? Administrators, your guidance would be appreciated. So sorry, excuse please.

p.s. why would anyone want to eat something that is going to cause you pain in such a sensitive area anyway? :idunno:

I really, really, REALLY dig spicy food...the sweetness is a great combination. I'm exaggerating quite a bit with the pain, in actuality I haven't had a problem ;-).

Guys, Kenpo does have a technique thats similar to the after effects of a super-spicy chili - Bowing to Budda. :D

Ok, Poor-Mans Quick N Dirty Chili.

Ingredients:
1 Can Tomato Soup (Cambells or Aldi brand preferred)
1 Can Chili Beans (Thats Kidney beans with Chili flavor added)
Slice or 2 of Onion - Diced
Slice or 2 of Pepper (Green, Red, whatever) - Diced
Clove of Garlic-chopped or Teaspoon of Garlic Powder (not salt) (If you like garlic)
lil bit of butter or a cookin oil
Salt, Pepper and Chili Powder

In a soup pan put just enough oil or butter to coat the bottom.
Heat pan, toss in chopped onion, pepper and garlic.
stir until onions are soft.
Add in soup and 1 can water (as per instructions)
Add in chili beans
Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.
Heat and Eat.

This takes about 10 minutes to make.
If you like it hot n spicy, add in some cyan pepper, tobacco or Daves Insanity Sauce.
