A quick Google search and I found a Niten Ichi Ryu dojo in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Yep, Ed runs a good group there!

There are a number of Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu dojo in the UK, as well as Tenshinsho Den Katori Shinto Ryu, and a number of jujutsu schools that include kenjutsu (Hontai Yoshin Ryu, Moto-ha Yoshin Ryu, Bitchu-den Takeuchi Ryu) that I'm aware of, but might be a bit of a distance.
