Just got back from F. Vigoroux's Seminar (with video)

F. Vigoroux's seminar here in Venezuela was amazing. For those that don't know him, he is a 7th Degree BB under Larry Tatum.

I didn't get to film much from the actual seminar, but I do have a couple of Self Defense techniques that he did afterwards.

I must say that Vigoroux's way of explaining things felt very much like having Mr. Tatum's way of teaching. He explained several SD techniques (mainly from Long 5) and he also united a couple of techniques to make a new hand/finger set. He also went over the Engineer of Motion concepts.

I will upload the video sometime today or tomorrow.
