Welcome to MT (Martial Talk). Aikido is a nice art. I like the footwork and the multiple man exercises. This was the first art ever to teach me to walk on my knees.

BTW theletch1, im into solo training right now coz of economic reasons, you know.
I was supposed to train this afternoon in one of mauseleum, but a gay chases me.. heheh I guess I will train at home this night...
