Yeah, I hadnt thought of it. I had one but got rid of it when the straps deteriorated. But a 40 pounder ought to do it. Just use a longer chain so it perches on the ground.

I used to have several different sized sand bags hanging at different heights and positions in my old garage. It gets tricky when you get three or four swinging in random directions but it was fun.
