Athletes Wanted for Gatorade Web Series

Gatorade is creating is a web series that is taking the unknown, up and coming, development team, colligate or everyday athletes who haven't had the opportunity to take their training to the next level and provide them with professional coaching and trainers to see if they can compete at an elite level. Please read the attached document for ALL the information on this project.
For athletes who live/reside in the Southern California area and can make it to the casting in Los Angeles on Jan 22nd, the following info is required on any potential athlete who wants to be considered.
* 1. Athlete Name
* 2. Current Sport they are training or competing in
* 3. How long you have been training/competing in sport
* 4. What is the highest level of competition they have reached so far
* 5. A brief idea about an interesting fact, story, struggle, road block (injuries, medical condition, finances) the athlete may have had along the way- something to set them apart from others. This can be brief as they can expand on it when they come in for the casting.
CASTING WILL TAKE PLACE JANUARY 22nd in Los Angeles, CA. Audition will simply be a brief interview about the athlete, their sport and their story.
FOR ATHLETES WHO CAN NOT MAKE THE CASTING OR ARE OUT OF STATE-- they will need to submit the following:
* 1. Athlete Name
* 2. Where you are residing/training
* 3. Current Sport they are training or competing in
* 4. How long you have been training/competing in sport
* 5. What is the highest level of competition they have reached so far
* 6. A more in depth outline or "pitch" about your story, struggle, road block (injuries, medical condition, finances) the athlete may have had along the way- something to set them apart from others. Pictures, Video clips, short bio, etc. are ALL highly recommended.
