Someone told me to ask on these forums to find out if there is such a registry around that will validate the claim of an individual to be an IKKA Black Belt.

Someone told me to ask on these forums to find out if there is such a registry around that will validate the claim of an individual to be an IKKA Black Belt.

The IKKA is 'inactive." The best source for such information is Edmund Parker, and even then probably only for when his father was alive because he personally designed, assembled, and filled out all the big diplomas for his Dad.

I have a sneaking suspicion this one wouldn't be one of the big diplomas.
