I thought clowns were supposed to make you laugh?

I may be a bit biased, since I remember watching "IT" on TV before, but this one doesn't...

However, many messages have expressed anger at the clown for scaring people, with one user writing: "You've been spotted now get out of the clown suit and start acting like a grown up that you supposing are and stop scaring people as some people do have real fears of clowns and you are terrorising them despite what you may say." Others have threatened violence should they see the clown.

Couldn't he pick a better clown costume?
 
considering how many people have clown phobias, I don't think they are funny!

Can't be a real clown. No clown shoes. Of course, with some of the negative responses he is getting "running" shoes might definitely be in order.

Other than that, if he hasn't broken any laws let him be. I am sure he could come with worse things to do if he put his "creative" mind to work. *shudder*
