Subject: Niten Ichi-ryu seminar heads-up
Just a quick note for those interested in Hyo Ho Niten Ichi Ryu kenjutsu that there will be a seminar at the University of Guelph the second weekend in September (Sept 13-14 2003) with headmaster Masayuki Imai Sensei , Iwami sensei (Menkyo Kaiden) and Colin Watkin (Hyakutake).
There will be two seminars this and next month folks, for those who are interested.
The pre-seminar for those who want to get a bit more out of the practice, will be August 24, 10am-3pm at the University of Guelph athletics department. Price is $40.
This is a fundraiser for the main seminar which will feature Masayuki Imai sensei, headmaster (soke) of HyoHo Niten Ichiryu, and Toshio Iwami sensei, menkyo kaiden as well as Colin Watkin (Hyakutake) who will be translating.
This seminar will run from Sept 11 to 14 and details are at:

This seminar will be of great importance to anyone who is interested in the sword style of Miyamoto Musashi so please, don't miss it. Beginners are welcome but encouraged to try to attend the pre-seminar as well as the main seminar.
