I'm trying to find videos on YouTube that I can put links on a SD site I am constructing. General SD for guys is ok to an extent, if they have a fair bit of strength, but the women's self defence is a whole different matter. Unfortunately most of the videos are pure BS and would have no hope of working unless the assailant was younger than 10! An example of a reasonable clip would be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0snRa18E2A&feature=fvw because it has a fair chance of working in real life and it is suitable for most women as well as men.
This one is pure, gold plated, BS that is asking for all sorts of trouble if you were relying on it to get away from anyone other than a wimp. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNqrq8c0d2o&feature=related It works perfectly with a complying partner. I know that a good heel palm to the nose would make it better but that is not demonstrated on the clip.
So if you have a few spare minutes to help me search, I would be really grateful.
