Hello from UK and breaking video

Hi Everyone

I'm Dave from the UK. 1st dan with the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain (TAGB)

I went to watch a local fight night between a few clubs last night and was impressed by the sparring and destruction on show.
Here's a video of some of the successful breaks filmed by one of my friends that was competing that night. Hope you enjoy it.
