Heavy Bags with Numbers on them

I am getting a couple of new punching bags with the water based foundations for my kids classes. I noticed a couple of companies have a verion with numbers painted on them. Have any of you used these bags and the number system? What exactly are the numbers for. How do you use them? Thanks

The numbers are usually for combination work. Assign a technique a number, then when it's called out, you throw that technique at the corresponding target. I think Cenury offers a DVD or something like that to work in conjunction with the bags.

I like 'Bob' the dummy for that. Add fake hair and a t-shirt and well, you know where the weak points are on him and you learn to go for them.

The numbers on the bag I can see helping as for combinations, but the closer you get to the real deal the better.
