Heavy Bag Wall Mounts?

My ceilings are cheap and old but I have good old concrete walls in the basement to hang one from!

Does anyone here use a wall mount or have any recommendations?

I'd like to be able to hang a banana bag from it, but a good old fashioned 70lb bag will suffice

Im trying to not go for freestanding bags unless I have to because theyre hard to properly box on and break after repetitive power hits
