I`m not terribly suprised by the attitude. People who aren`t familiar with firearms, either by circumstance or by choice, always seem to think that they`re somehow evil tools capable of doing harm all by themselves and that people who enjoy them must be dangerous or looking for trouble. It`s not too different from people who`ve never done any martial arts who view those of us who enjoy them as simmering sociopaths with an unnatural love of violence.


Ofcourse, in my case that`s spot on, but I realize I`m in the minority.
