glove weight

I am sorry, I have been searching and searching and cannot find the website that lists the recommended glove weight for a 140lb fighter. Does anyone know the glove weight for my size?

Are you fighting or just training and sparring? According to IKF recommendations, you should be fine with a 10 oz glove. Some sanctioning bodies or organizations require heavier gloves though.
