If you dug a hole straight down from your house, where would you come out on the other side of the Earth?

Find out:

I ended up about 400-500 miles off the coast of western australia in the southern indian ocean... glub glub!

So, so close...well...If I could swim well I might make it to New Zeland...

I suspect all of us here in the U.S. would end up there... I clicked on a place in Africa and ended up somewhere in Peru... at least I wouldn't have drowned or been crushed to death by the pressure.... considering of course I didn't get burned up by the liquid hot mag-ma whilst enroute! :D

I think for most of us, it will be somewhere in Indian Ocean. If I flew to Iceland and started there, I will be exiting at Antartica. BBBrrrrr!

India Ocean, way off the west coast of Australia.

*sighs, begins filling in hole* :)

Yep, off the Southern coast of Australia. Almost due South of Perth, a couple of hundred miles into the ocean.

I landed in the middle of the Indian Ocean too... glub, glub...

I landed a couple of hundred miles Southwest of Perth, looks like I'll need my shovel and a rubber raft

ohh i end up in the water somewere west of austrella

%think% blubglub... Indian Oceanglub Western Aus glub tralia blub....glub

i'll bring the boat, if you bring the paddles. I'd end up right smack dab in the Indian Ocean
Bringing a boat wouldn't be a bad idea... but you gotta watch that whirlpool when you break through the surface (??)... It'll suck ya right down under and push you out through the other side... wheeee!
