GA Tech Kendo

I'm trying to start a kendo club in GA Tech in Atlanta, GA, but am not entirely qualified to teach it (I'm just an ikkyu). If there is anyone here who is qualified to and would be willing to teach the kendo group, please post here and we can work something out.

You're pretty close to shodan then! Are you allowed to teach at all?

Not quite. My school requires me to be 2nd dan or higher, though I would prefer a 3rd or higher. Thus, I'm appealing to this board for help.
