Does anyone have any recommendations for treating a sore wrist? Its seems that last week when I was doing some intense double baston techniques, that I may have strained a tendon or two. I can only assume that since I don't use my left as much as my right, that it may have been too much as this time for my left wrist to handle. I'm obviously better with my right than I am with my left, and the solution to all of this is to train my left side just as much (if not more than my right).
Anyway, does anyone know any excersizes to loosen up the wrist really well? Along with any type of topical ointments, balms, grandma's secret recipes for sore wrist/tendons? Any and all comments/suggestions are welcome.
