If so what patterns do you do?

Our (Kabaroan) sinawali can be broken down into 3 subcatagories: Binaston (double stick), Bambolia (single stick double handed) and Binankao (weapons of unequal length, typically a baston and bankaw - though we do this very little and it is more of a form at this point).

Any comments welcome! :)

In kombatan, we do double stick sinawali vs. single stick. It is an exercise that will help you develop rhythm, flow and coordination. GM Ernesto prefers to do it once the student understands the flow of sinawali(meaning double stick). You have a choice. Not all sinawalis flow well in this drill. Hope this helps.

I believe GM Remy had his version of this drill too. But I had only seen it once.
