Help me design a school space...

The MMA school where I have been teaching has unused space
and I am converting it to a FMA playground. (BANZAI!!!!!)
I'm trying to decide what all I should put in there besides
(hopefully) the throngs of eager FMA newbs (well.. maybe in a few
years there will be throngs... or at least a decent class turnout eh?).
I have a 17'x47' space (approx. 800 sq. feet). Concrete floors, high
ceilings (12' aprox) with steel girders exposed (they hang heavy bags
and similar things from them on the MMA side). In my 17'x47' space,
I have the back wall (one 17' side) completely mirrored (it used to be
a retail space). The two 47' sides are sheetrock, with the final 17' side
open.. and continuing up through what will eventually be a pro shop.
(This 800 sq ft. section is probably 15-20% of the total square footage
of the gym).
I'm thinking I need at least two tire stack dummies (like FMA-digest
has) and 1-2 of the Dequerda's ropes or possibly the stick-oriented
double ender bags. Maybe an escrima dummy like the digest had.
What other sorts of things would you put into a space like this if
you were tricking it out? (Flags, banners, maps of P.I., apparatus?)
The concrete will have to do for now.. maybe in a year I can put down
some nice flooring.
I really would appreciate some input from the long time school/class
operators.. as I've only seen 5 FMA schools and none of them had
dedicated space not used for any other art.
I probably will not put down any mats (since I can borrow the grapplers
space whenever I need it) and no heavy bags (since the thai people
have plenty.. and the tirestacks will be way better I think).
