My instructor says it's not the greatest thing Matt has put out (i.e. don't get it). However, I have his Combat Conditioning and think it is great. For catchwrestling, try Tony Ceccini's (not sure of the spelling) web site where he has some videos which I hear are great. www.catchwrestling.com. I had a little trouble getting onto it this morning, and I heard Tony C is really ill, so I don't know if that has something to do with it.
