Nice video of a very confident bouncer, former kickboxing champion Michael Kuhr, keeping his cool and using verbal deescalation skills to control an unruly drunk. Some profanity, but an excellent example of using a combination of confidence, verbal skills and calm, coolness to deal with a situation.
