has anyone ever heard of this "new" system? it claims to cover all aspects of combat. grappling, self-defense, striking, multiple attacks, and weaponry and firearms. if i'm not mistaken isn't that just like jeet kune do. even there no belt system concept is the same. your thoughts please. thanks

Wow. Hanzo you seem to get taken in by a lot of mcdojo type places.

what the hell are you talking about? i'm making a statement and you make wise cracks. they are not some damn "mcdojo". they are not asking for money. if you look at there website you will see that. i was just asking a question.

They ARE asking for money, for membership and their "manuals".

Still looks like bullshido to me. Defense vs a "terrorist box cutter attack from behind" anyone? Also those have got to be the worst armbars and rear naked chokes i've ever seen.

Hanzo, I think you should try a class at your local muay thai, boxing, wrestling, judo or brazilian jiujitsu gym/club. You will immediately see "elite fighters" in action who are not afraid to go full contact with you or anyone. I guarantee you'll never go back to looking for "street lethal masters" to learn from again.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that there is a style with all types of fighting. That is true, but I know many normal people who have tried that. It's not a new system. Many people have made tries to make an "ultimate" MA.

A system that teaches flying kicks and ground grappling? I think they are really tring to cover all recruitment bases.

Their ranking system sounds more like a ranking system within a cult than a martial arts ranking system.

Why on earth would you wish to be ranked as and 'Active Expert Enforcer'?

At least a belt round your waist will tell your sparring partner how hard not to hit you.

I also love it when the two instructors are far too humble to blow their own trumpets, but that doesn't stop them singing each others' praises at full volume on the 'Who we are' page.

If you want to learn everything, then learn from individuals who have specialised. Then do your future students a favour and learn one specific thing very well, so that you can pass on that while other instructors from other schools pass on their own specialities.

Looks like he Took a page from Self proclaim Grand Master Ted Gambordella books and CD from e-bay and named it his system. God Bless America

You are mistaken. That is not Jeet Kune Do. Jeet Kune Do is the art of the intercepting fist. It is rooted in Wing Chun. It puts forth some important precepts about energy, directness, practicality, and honesty.

The correct statement is that everything is Jeet Kune Do. Jeet Kune Do is a martial philosophy, not a basket of techniques. Read the Tao of Jeet Kune Do. It's a great book.:asian:
