Relax
Breathe
Move your feet as well as your hands (Body as a whole)
Be aware of your angles in technique
Keep your balance,and keep theirs as well
Be Aware of your partner's limitations,as well as your own
Know what goes around,comes around (Be a good partner)
Pay attention to every explanation of technique
Don't
Tense up
Hold your breath
Close your eyes
Sacrifice precision for speed
Be a mat hog
Forget to shower
Try to teach without permission
Take pain personally..Hapkido hurts.

Where is the fun in that? I often laugh while being the uke. It is because I enjoy the training, especially when it is something new.RheaHS said:don't ever laugh during a technique demo on someone else
