I guess that most of you guys can drive, since your probably alot older than myself but in a couple of days I have my driving test but before that I have a double Wing Chun grading and my nerves even now I wrecking me. The sunday I have the grading and then I have my test.
I'm not so worried about the nerves in the WC grading but I'm really worried about the nerves that I could get when I drive, because that I think would be the only thing I'm going to fail on!
Anybody got an advice?

Regards

Just calm down. Take a couple of deep breaths and relax. Use your MA Training to focus on what you need to do and do it well.

Just like in training, breathe and stay loose. :)

when I took my driving test, I just pretended like there was a cop tailing me. That way I kept my speed down, made my turns well, and all that jazz.

Nervousness is the brain trying to compensate for anxiety/stress. It is the mental state to be overly concerned with something that may have one thinking in low confidence.

Take breathes like people state, but I had made humor in the light of many things.
