The refinements in the precision of the imagery boggle my mind when I try to encompass the sheer scale of what they have achieved.

and I am looking at the picture (ok, it looks like a pointillist version of earth...)
and scratch my head....

In a similar fashion s my late step mother upon observing the fruit of her daughter's labor in programing (basic, I think, on and old C128) to make a dot move from one side of the screen to the other 'And what now?'


But I do get that mankind isn't as much as a blink of an eye in the history of the universe....crawling around on a spec of dust which careens around said universe....
