Was bored at work today, which is a rare occurence. Basically, tired of writing on this grant. The 3 research papers I am in the midst of have nothing pressing at the moment, and I had a patient cancel.
So, found this cool video. MMA/Karate guy, Pettas (at least I think MMA) takes a close look at Aikido. Has some cool, if not very rigorous discussion of biomechanics......
