Looking at concept drawings of the building(s), if not for iconic images of 9/11 burned into our brains by relentless media exposure, I'd say it's a pretty design and unique.
He, the architect, might want to re-think the idea of a "cloud city" and find perhaps another way to convey the idea. The memory is far too close still even after all these years.
