Last night me and a couple buddies went fishing. This is one of them with the monster crappie that he caught.

What lake were you fishing on?

I love filleting a bunch of panfish for a fish fry. A good snack is a fried crappie fillet between two slices of toast and some mustard.

I had that for breakfast this morning...

Lake Pesabic. It is about two miles from my house. Just north of Merrill, WI.


And that is not me by the way, it is my friend, he is the one who actually caught that one. Mine were the mini's.



We caught that one and a few other ones that were in the 7-8-9 inch range. I filleted them last night, and plan on eating them when I get home tonight.
