I thought so too. I can't find any information on them. I translated the text on the front and it reads "national taekwondo" they kind of look like little toy trophies. That's just a guess and I don't know if the different colors have any meaning.Welcome to Martial Talk, Marckrallman1, hope you enjoy it here.
I don't know what those are, but they're kinda cool.
I bought a storage locker and it was full of Vision sparing gear, uniforms, patches and some metals. Its hard to tell from the blurry image, but it looks like the hangul just says "kukki taekwondo" They look like each one represents a gup rank up to 1st gup and then first dan. They look like collectable figures of some kind as a way for students to celebrate/commemorate their achievements. They may also be stamps/dojang of some kind because it looks like the bulky base may come off, but again it's hard to tell from the images.
Where did you find them?

Wow, it's hard to put in to words how much I dislike that uniform!! Then again I even find the Kukkiwon 9th dan uniforms too gaudy too.
They are likely just collectable baubles. The colors are colors commonly used in kukki TKD schools for pre black belt student ranks. Very cool find but that dobok makes me cringe. Its almost as bad as some of the ATA uniforms Ive seen.I thought so too. I can't find any information on them.
