First off I had no idea where to place this. It deals with MA's because I believe it is a sponsor of UFC. If it needs to be moved please do so.
BSN is a company that produces supplements to aid in bodybuilding. Apparently it made claims about certain products containing a form of creatine called CEM3 that in fact do not. I found this interesting because on they are a huge company and cell millions of dollars of their products a year so this will get bad quickly and also because I have used 1 of the products mentioned in the suit and in fact have recommended it on this site. Im waiting to see what develops, but here is the PDF file for the suit
