The good news for the Bob White Invitational keeps coming in. The Kenpo Community is really coming together to help the kids of the Royal Family Kids Camp. In the last 2 weeks we have received confirmation that more Kenpo seniors will be joining us for the banquet and tournament. Names like Frank Trejo, Ted Sumner, Howard Singer, Gilbert Velez, Ed parker Jr., and many more are joining us.

If you want to attend the banquet, please RSVP to [email protected] as soon as possible. We are rapidly approaching our capacity for the dinner at the prestigious Seacliff Country Club in Huntington Beach. We have arranged some great entertainment. We will have Polynesian dancers, a demo by Shaolin Monks, and a demo by World Champion Forms competitor Phillip Sahughan as well as guest speakers. It should be an amazing evening.

There are still raffle tickets available to attend the European Kenpo Camp in Ireland (www.kenpokarate.ie). If you want to purchase tickets please email [email protected]. You do not need to be present to win and if you are not local, we will mail you your ticket stubs.

BWKS will have a seminar on Saturday 2/20 from 10 AM – 12 Noon. This seminar will feature Mr. Bob White and Captain Ron Sanchez. There is NO CHARGE for this seminar. Instead we will have donation boxes and donations will be given to the Royal Family Kids Camp.

It should be an amazing weekend for a great cause (www.rfkc.org). If you want to be a part of it, please contact Bob White’s Karate Studio or email me ([email protected]).

For the kids,
Vishal Shukla
Tournament Director

We originally planned the dinner for 100 people. The interest has exceeded expectations and we raised the capacity to 150 people. These tickets are being sold at a very fast pace. We don`t want to turn people away at the door so we would encourage people that are interested in going to secure their tickets. Our kenpo community has been strong in support and we are also getting great martial artist from other systems. Eric Lee and John Natividad are a couple of good examples.
Respectfully,
Bob White
