A regular guy and a racist are walking on the beach find a bottle. They rub it and, surprise surprise, out pops a genie. He explains to them that since they both found the bottle, they each get three wishes.

The racist snatches the bottle first, glaring at no-one in particular. 'I never did like them coloured folk. I want all the coloured people out of my city!'

The regular guy shrugs and asks for a million bucks.

The racist gets the bottle again 'Now I want all the people who think like I do to live in my city'

The regular guy shakes his head and asks for a cure to cancer.

The racist guy gets the bottle back, and with a final glare says 'Now I want a huge concrete wall around the city to keep everyone we dont like out'

The regular guy looks at the genie. 'So his city is completely surrounded by a concrete wall, and all the people like him live in it?' The genie nods.

'I'd like to fill it with water'.
