Yeah, that was a big story here a couple of days ago. I heard the guy who shot the killer on the radio. It sounded like this bad guy was getting ready to kill everyone. If the good guy hadn't attacked at that moment it is likely everyone in the tanning salon would be dead. It would be nice if Illinois had a concealed carry law. That way you wouldn't have to wait for the bad guy to put his gun down to tie you up to before you could make your move.
